My Passion: Cameras

I love my Canon EOS REBEL
T2iThis is a professional camera and is my greatest possession in the world (My iPhone and my Macbook pro too, because I bought this thing with my sacrifice). I got it last year, after working for 2 years to have it. It arrived on my 21st birthday when my dad gave me the money I needed.
When I bought the camera the price was 1.200 dollars...!
It was love at first sight when I had the camera in my hands.
At first I didn't use it, cause I didn't even understand how to use it. I love photography since I was 10 years old, when my aunt gave me a barbie analog camera (I will always remember that moment in my life). From that moment I knew I wanted to take pictures about the people I love or admire. Studying journalism helped me to get there. I love it and I feel I could do it for the rest of my days...
The last week I bought a new phone. It's a iPhone and the camera it's amazing! Sometimes get out with a expensive camera is dangerous for thief... :( and when I go out alone with my camera, I'm very scary all the time. When my boyfriend came to me to take pictures, I can use my expensive camera... meanwhile, I use my phone :)
I adore watching the world with other eyes and feel the world in another perspective... mainly the old buildings in Santiago. My favorite place to take pictures is Cementery or the center of Santiago because that's buildings are very beautiful...

This is a picture I took with my camera... This is a church in Santa Isabell called "Santísimo Sacramento"

Tea time!

Today I'll speak about my favorite activity recently: Tea (Yes, tea...)
When I was a little girl -maybe 6 or 7 years old- my grandmother gave me a cup of black tea... That was the first time I fell in love for a cup of tea *Insert heart here*
Now, I'm learning more about different types of tea. My favorite type is fruits tea, mainly red fruits tea (strawberry, raspberry...and others). As for trademarks, I prefer to buy Lipton, Whittard (But it is very expensive) and Akhbar. The last one is wonderful...is inexpensive (maybe 5 dollars for a big box) and have a lot of types.
Lately, Akhbar changed my life. Maybe it sounds excessive but when you are a fan of something, you can appreciate this kind of discovery (Yaaaay!)
I drink tea with my friends. Sometimes, we organize Tea parties (Like a Mary Antonniette's movie) with a dress code and wearing dresses like dolls. This is very fun! Sometimes we mix tea with vodka :) (Other reason to love cold tea)

She is Emilie Autumn, a singer. In her concerts, she drink tea with other girls meanwhile sing. She is one of my inspiration when I organize a Tea Party with my girl friends... I really love her clothes.

Japan

It's very difficult to select one country I could go. Sometimes, I want go to Japan, because I really like Japanese culture... When I say "Japanese culture" I think in food (For example, the popular sushi and other types of food with fish and exotic animals), anime/manga (comics and TV programs about love, action and other stuff's) and religion (Buddhism is very interesting). They have beautiful traditions and celebrations... sometimes, girls wear kimonos (a traditional way to dress) like geisha and dance for celebrate (I really love kimonos...and I hope I can wear a kimono someday). The new year party is most popular event... very people go to Japanese's temples and leave prayers for gods...(Buddhism believe in many gods).

When I'll go to Japan I hope I can visit temples, eat different food, buy manga (Yay!), visit Hiroshima and maybe, visit the fashion street... I say "maybe" because Japan is very expensive...  :( My priority is know the country, no buy things.

I don't want study there because I don't know anything about the language... Japanese is very difficult to learn because they used different words and letters.

(Kimono, traditional way to dress in Japan... is very old)

(New Year in Japan, the most important event in this country. All people celebrate the new day)

(Sushi... the most popular japanese's food)

About my career

Well, in the last post I wrote about my career and about my favorite things about Journalist. Today, I'll talk about what I want to do in the future.
My ideal job would be to work in TV. Not like famous people, probably behind the scene. I want to make new programs about entertainment or cultural. I only need opportunities and imagination...and maybe I need to stay a  long time in a channel.
I would be very good at this job because I can listen to different opinions and I would do great programs. I know what the people need after the job and maybe I could give them entertainment or cultural programs.
The most important difficult is enter in TV. My country doesn't have many chanels to choose... and If you don't like one channel, you only have 4 or 5 channels to choose.
